​IMPORTANT PARTS AND TUNING NOTICE:

U.S. motor vehicle emissions standards are intended to help achieve and maintain air quality goals that benefit human health and the environment. U.S. laws and regulations prohibit operation on public roads any motor vehicle that violates applicable emission standards. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the California Air Resources Board (CARB), and other regulatory agencies are responsible for implementing and enforcing applicable emission standards. In particular, the U.S. Clean Air Act (CAA) prohibits “tampering”, i.e., the alteration of certified production vehicles to modify, remove, or render inoperable emissions control hardware or software. Tampering with motor vehicles emissions control systems is punishable by substantial monetary penalties. Consumers are responsible for complying with laws prohibiting tampering, and for ensuring that modified vehicles are operated in compliance with applicable U.S. laws.

 

It is ZFG Racing LLC’s (“ZFG,” “we,” “our”) policy not to manufacture, offer for sale, sell, convey, or otherwise transfer any product, including Handheld Devices, Pre-Loaded Tunes, or Calibrations that contain features to bypass, defeat or render inoperative the following: EGR, Rear Oxygen Sensors, SCR, DPF, NAC, DOC, or any diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) associated with these emission controls. Products and calibrations sold by ZFG shall retain the full operation and functionality of the On Board Diagnostic System (OBD) and continue to satisfy applicable emissions requirements.

 

Although ZFG offers for sale products with CARB EO certifications, we maintain a site-wide policy of NO SALES TO CALIFORNIA.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Return Authorization 
Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) are required. RMA requests must be submitted within 30 days of the customer's receipt of the product. Returns will only be accepted after ZFG Racing LLC has issued an RMA.

Return Condition 
All returned items must be brand new and in their undamaged, unopened original retail packaging. Any item that has been opened, installed, used, modified, damaged, or is otherwise in non-restockable condition is not eligible for return.

 

Non-Returnable Items
Purchases of calibration files, custom tuning services, tune revisions, digital products, downloadable products, and other electronically delivered services are final upon purchase and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation.
Ineligible items include, but are not limited to:

• Electronics, such as tuning and other OBD-based devices, sensors, control modules, gauges, and similar electronic products.

• Calibration files, custom tuning services, tune revisions, tune-related services, digital products, downloadable products, and other electronically delivered products and services.

• Special-order items, including products ordered specifically for a customer, products not normally stocked by ZFG Racing LLC, custom-configured products, made-to-order products, and any product sourced from a manufacturer or supplier specifically to fulfill a customer's order.

Restocking Fees 
Returns that meet the conditions above may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% on any item sold on this website or invoiced by ZFG Racing LLC. A preliminary restocking fee may be provided when the RMA is issued. It may change based on the condition of the returned item when we inspect it. Any returns accepted are subject to manufacturer return policies, which may change without notice and may affect the final refund amount.

Shipping Charges 
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any approved refund will be reduced by the actual outbound shipping and handling costs incurred by ZFG Racing LLC, regardless of the shipping amount charged at checkout or whether free shipping was provided. Actual outbound shipping costs may exceed the shipping amount charged to the customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Returns 
ZFG Racing LLC is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend a tracked and insured shipping service for all authorized returns.

Processing Time 
Returns are processed within ten (10) business days of receipt, not counting weekends, holidays, or the day the package is delivered.

Refused Packages 
If a customer refuses a package, all carrier return shipping charges, original outbound shipping and handling costs, and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund.

Address Changes and Corrections 
If a customer changes their address or enters an incorrect one when ordering, the customer is responsible for any address change or correction fees billed by the carrier. Orders undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be treated as a refused shipment and subject to return shipping charges, carrier fees, and applicable restocking fees.

Order Cancellations 
Orders containing calibration files, custom tuning services, tune revisions, digital products, or downloadable products cannot be canceled and are final upon purchase.
Order cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 15% to cover nonrecoverable administrative costs, supplier cancellation fees, restocking costs, payment processing fees, and other expenses incurred in processing the order. The exact fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis once all factors are known. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must instead follow the Return Authorization process, if eligible.
