Our Standard Custom Tune applies one carefully calibrated strategy across all factory drive modes, refining power delivery, drivability, and transmission behavior while preserving each mode’s intended character. Chose your tuning focus: Daily Driver, Performance, Race, or Tow.
Stage Packages
Our Stage 1 Package Discount automatically applies at checkout when your tuning purchase totals $825+ and you add an eligible intercooler in the same transaction.

Fuel Types
Our Auto-Octane fuel type automatically adjusts for all pump gas (up to 30% ethanol content). This is our most flexible fuel type. Recommended for customers who want a simple but effective tune.
Platform Support ZFGR Custom Tuning is available for all 2024 - 2025 3.0L Ford Ranger Raptors. Our custom tuning is also compatible with previous model year Ranger Raptors, such as EU models.
REMOTE TUNING
Get an HP Tuners RTD (Remote Tuning Device) with your ZFG Tuning Package for a seamless, laptop-free tuning experience.
HP Tuners is the company who manufacturers the tools ZFG Racing uses to send custom tunes to your vehicle. These devices let you flash your car’s computer with performance upgrades remotely.
You'll use the TDN (Tune Delivery Network) App to manage tuning:
Flash between stock and custom tunes
Send and receive tune files
Record and share data logs
Read and clear DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes)
... all from your mobile device.

IMPORTANT - This platform is only compatible with RTD4, MPVI3, and MPVI4. No other devices are supported.
RTD4: Supports flashing via TDN App only. Data logging is supported via TDN App or laptop.
MPVI3: Supports flashing via laptop only. Data logging is supported via TDN App or laptop.
MPVI4: Supports flashing and data logging via TDN App or laptop.
The RTD4 and MPVI4 are the only devices we sell. All Tuning Packages come with an RTD4. You can purchase an MPVI4 separately, at this link.
