***WARNING, THIS ADD-ON IS NOT FOR EVERYONE! A TRANSBRAKE IS METHOD OF LOCKING UP THE TRANSMISSION TO ALLOW THE CAR TO BUILD BOOST ON THE CONVERTER WITHOUT THE USE OF THE FOOT BRAKES. IT IS SIMILAR TO HOLD THE BRAKES AND BUILDING BOOST HOWEVER, IT IS USING THE TRANSMISSION GEARS TO HOLD THE VEHICLE IN PLACE. IT IS EXTREMELY HARD ON THE TRANSMISSION AND DRIVELINE COMPONENTS. WITH ANY TUNE AND LAUNCHING YOUR CAR THERE IS INCREASED RISK OF BREAKING PARTS, HOWEVER ADDING A TRANSBRAKE GREATLY INCREASES THIS RISK. USE THIS ADD-ON WISELY AND BE PREPARED TO BREAK STUFF!***

Thanks to HP tuners we now have a build in trans brake for the Explorer ST and Lincoln Aviator! This modification has been a long requested add from ZFG Racing to HP tuners! Not only did we add the trans brake feature to the mix, but we also added features to the transbrake. Those include the ability to dial in torque, air load and RRM as well as anti lag features for those big turbo applications!

Basic Features

1st and 2nd gear transbrake launches

RPM control

Independent Torque control

Independent spark and fuel control for “anti lag”

“Bump” control for bumping into the staging lights

This add-on includes data log/revision cycles to dial in the launch on your ST and up 3 different tunes for different traction levels!
