The Whipple Mega Cooler features a massive increase in core volume and surface area while retaining factory packaging. Its advanced bar‑and‑plate design utilizes offset fin geometry on both the hot and cold sides to significantly improve heat transfer efficiency.
Testing has shown intake air temperature reductions of up to 90°F on the dyno, with even greater benefits observed in real‑world driving. Cooler, denser charge air allows for increased spark advance and oxygen content, helping deliver more consistent power and faster recovery while maintaining safe operating conditions.
