FenFab Explorer 3.0L Cold Side Charge Pipe Options for ALL Model Years
Looking to run a BOV on your Explorer or Aviator? We have the solution.
With the right selections, you can run a BOV on your 2020-2024 and 2025+ Explorer or Aviator. The FenFab Cold Side Charge Pipe is available in multiple finishes and configurations.
Optional: BOV Flange / No Flange, Include Adapter, Include HKS SSQV BOV (Silver, Black)
Note: TiAL BOV purchased separately (here)
⚠️ FITMENT GUIDE:
The flange type selected should match the BOV you'd like to run. Fitment of this product and proper selections are dependent on model year and your existing intercooler/charge pipe setup.
Please be sure to read this information completely before placing your order and contact us if you have any questions:
2020-2024 Model Year:
- Adapter is NOT required
- This kit is compatible with OEM and aftermarket intercoolers
- Simply select the Finish, Flange, and BOV options of your choice
2025+ Model Year:
- Adapter IS required: OEM Intercooler, CVF Direct Fit Intercooler
- Adapter is NOT required: 2020-2024 Intercooler and Charge Pipe Setups (e.g., CVF Kit)
ZFG Racing Recommendation: We do not recommend for or against a charge pipe or BOV configuration. We consider BOVs and Charge Pipes personal preference items for most builds.

Orders shipping within the Continental USA can be placed directly through our website. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout once a valid shipping address is entered.
We are happy to accommodate orders outside the Continental USA whenever possible, including Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, and select international destinations.
