Custom tuning files and services are non-refundable and non-transferable!
You may not use your custom tuning file on any other vehicle or transfer our service, used or unused, to any other customer.
Merchandise Returns are accepted only within 30 days of the customer receiving the product, and only after ZFG Racing LLC has issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). ZFG Racing LLC may refuse any package returned without authorization.
RMA must be requested via email to sales@tunedbyzfgracing.com
Returns must be brand new and in their undamaged, unopened original retail packaging.
A restocking fee of up 30% may be applied.
Special-order items, electronics, calibration files, tuning services, digital products, and downloadable products are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be reduced by the actual outbound shipping and handling costs incurred by ZFG Racing LLC, regardless of the shipping amount charged at checkout. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If a customer changes their address or enters an incorrect one when ordering, the customer is responsible for any address change or correction fees billed by the carrier.
Order Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 15%. Orders containing calibration files, tuning services, digital products, or downloadable products are final upon purchase and cannot be canceled.
Cancelation fee to be determined at the time of cancelation.
