This intercooler is designed specifically for the 2025-2026 Explorer ST. The CVF Performance Front Mount Intercooler allows you to reduce and maintain charge temperatures up to 85 degrees cooler than the stock intercooler (farenheit). The CVF Performance Intercooler is a direct fit replacement, over two times the size of the stock unit. As testing data indicates, the CVF Performance intercooler results in a reduction of over 85 degrees in Charge Air Temperature. These gains are only evident on the street, but not on the dyno since the intercooler requires moving air to produce cooling effects. This puts the benefit where it matters most; in real-world applications.
