Fuel Types

Our Auto-Octane fuel type automatically adjusts for all pump gas (up to 30% ethanol content). This is our most flexible fuel type. Recommended for customers who want a simple but effective tune.

REMOTE TUNING

Our user-friendly, wireless, laptop-free tuning process takes advantage of HP Tuners' wireless technology, allowing us to offer remote tuning solutions. You can purchase a tuning device alongside your first tune, or use your existing HP Tuners device by adding credits.

Single-goal

STANDARD TUNES

Provides a traditional custom tune that calibrates the vehicle according to one tuning goal: Daily Driver, Performance, Race, or Tow.

Tuning goals for Standard Tunes are made at time of purchase.

Towing should only be done on the stock tune or with a Towing Tune (always in Tow Mode).

FUEL TYPES

Our tunes support one fuel type each. Fuel type options are as follows:

Auto-Octane: All Pump Gas (87-93, up to e30)

91 Octane: 91+ Octane (91-93, up to e30)

93 Octane: 93+ Octane (93 only, up to e30)

e50: 40-60% ethanol blend (no pump gas)

e85*: e85 (70-90% ethanol content)** Written for Competition Use Only, and may not be supported by the stock fuel system.

If you would like to run more than one fuel type from above, you can purchase an additional tune or flash back to your stock tune.

TUNING GOALS

A "Tuning Goal" is the starting point for your tune. The Tuning Goal will provide our tuner with an idea of how to begin writing your tune, and will loosely guide the revisions and adjustments made throughout the tuning process. You can always request adjustments and are not "locked in" to your initial selection (s).

Standard Tunes support one Tuning Goal each, which is selected at time of purchase:

EXPECTED GAINS

Gains will be dependent upon the fuel type you select. ZFGR Custom Tunes for 93 Octane provide gains of up to 100 WHP & 100 ft-lbs with no supporting modifications required. We offer recommendations for additional modifications if desired.

Gains will be dependent upon the fuel type you select. A ZFGR Custom Tune for 93 Octane with a performance goal will provide gains of up to 70 HP with no other modifications. An e50 tune will provide gains up to 90 HP.
